今回我々は、下顎水平埋伏智歯における智歯歯根と下顎管との関連性（変形度、接触部位）、またそれに伴う知覚鈍麻発症との関連性について検討を行うこととしている。

In the present study, we are investigating the relationship between the wisdom tooth root and the mandibular canal (degree of deformation, contact site) and the associated onset of hypersensitivity in mandibular horizontally embedded wisdom teeth.

2018年4月1日から2021年3月31日に共同研究機関で下顎水平埋伏智歯を抜歯されている症例。

Cases of mandibular horizontally placed wisdom teeth extracted at a collaborative institution between 1 April 2018 and 31 March 2021.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①診療情報録の記載が乏しく十分な情報が得られない症例。
②術前にCTを撮影されていない症例。

(i) Cases where medical information records are poorly documented and sufficient information cannot be obtained.
(ii) Cases in which no pre-operative CT was taken.
