・研究対象者背景：年齢、性別、続柄、がん種、ステージ、がんが発見されたきっかけ、がんの診断年月日、通院施設、通院診療科、現在の治療内容／状況、既往歴
・相談内容：文章による定性的な記録のほか、内容を診断・治療、生活・療養、仕事・お金、心の悩み、その他の5つに分類し記録する。
・アドバイス：対応職種、アドバイスの内容、相談から回答およびアドバイス終了までの期間、
・浜松医大との連携：浜松医科オンラインがん相談チームの職種、オンライン相談開始から対面相談までの時間
・アンケート（5段階評価）：アドバイスのわかりやすさ、アドバイスの的確さ、相談が解決するまでの早さ、アドバイザーの態度、Webサイトの使いやすさ、家族や友人にサービスを勧めたいか、もう一度使いたいか、その他の自由記載
