目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究の主要な目的は、健常成人において圧迫療法による立位時収縮期血圧変化の個人差を説明する血行動態メカニズムを明らかにすることである。副次的な目的として、対象者の体組成および圧迫療法なしでの起立時における循環動態ならびに自律神経反応から、圧迫療法による立位時収縮期血圧の変化を予測する要因があるかを探索する。

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the hemodynamic mechanisms underlying the change in orthostatic systolic blood pressure with compression. The secondary objective is to investigate significant predictors of the change in orthostatic systolic blood pressure with compression, from the body composition parameters and the hemodynamic and cardiac autonomic responses to head-up tilting without compression.

2．研究内容を理解し、同意を得ることができる

1. Individuals with no smoking habit
2. Individuals who agree to participate in this study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 関節可動域制限や疼痛により起立負荷試験を遂行できない
2. 痒みや痛みなどの皮膚症状により圧迫療法を実施できない
3．妊娠の可能性がある
4．心疾患や末梢循環障害がある
5．降圧薬や気管支拡張薬など自律神経作用薬を服用している
6．金属インプラント治療を受けている

1. Individuals who have a limited range of motion and/or pain that prevent them to perform a head-up tilt test
2. Individuals who cannot undergo compression therapy due to skin symptoms, such as itching and pain
3. Individuals who are or may be pregnant
4. Individuals who have cardiac and peripheral circulatory diseases
5. Individuals who are taking any autonomic drug such as antihypertensive medications and bronchodilators
6. Individuals who have implanted metal devices
