日本語
2017年日本理学療法学会にて本邦における装具療法の実態調査が実施された。課題として卒前教育の拡充や卒後新人教育の重要性が明らかとなった。しかしその後、６年経過したが依然として、理学療法士免許取得前による教育および取得後の教育は十分とはいえない。そこで、本研究の目的は、実態調査および教育介入による前後を比較し、前向きコホート研究およびランダム化比較試験を実施することとした。

A survey on the actual status of orthotic therapy in Japan was conducted at the Japan Physical Therapy Association in 2017. The survey revealed the importance of expanding pre-graduation education and post-graduation education for new graduates. However, six years have passed since then, and education before and after obtaining a physical therapist license is still insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to conduct a prospective cohort study and a randomized controlled trial to compare before and after surveys and educational interventions.
