Kazu sheet-X使用後における介入群6施設の平均MRSA罹患率は1.36±1.59で，常時におけるMRSA罹患率と比較して有意に低下した（p=0.035）．一方，対照群6施設の平均MRSA罹患率は2.19±2.09で，常時におけるMRSA罹患率と比較して有意差は認めなかった（p=0.117）．さらに介入群における前後の変化では，MRSA罹患率の差が平均 1.80下がっていた．一方，対照群における前後の変化ではMRSA罹患率の差が平均1.36上がっていた（p=0.008）．

介入群はKazu sheet-Xを用いた評価，対照群は個々の既存の方法で行ったものを比較した．Kazu sheet-Xでは夜勤の勤務状況とMRSA保菌率を毎日評価し，評価の結果に応じて3段階の判定と判定結果に応じた感染対策を実施した．Kazu sheet-Xによる調査は，2023年1月1日から7月31日まで実施した．対象は全国13のNICU（介入群7施設，対照群6施設）で開始したが，介入群の1施設が途中棄権のため両群とも6施設，合計12施設であった．
質問紙の回答は介入群の看護師長：6名（回収率85.7％），夜勤リーダー看護師：30名（回収率85.7％），NICU経験5年未満看護師：40名（回収率88.9％），対照群は看護師長：6名（回収率100%），NICU経験5年未満看護師：35名（回収率100％）である．

The intervention group was evaluated using Kazu sheet-X, and the control group was evaluated using individual existing methods. With Kazu sheet-X, night shift work conditions and MRSA carriage rates were evaluated every day, and depending on the evaluation results, a three-stage classification was performed, and infection control measures were implemented according to the evaluation results. The survey using Kazu sheet-X was conducted from January 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023. The study started at 13 NICUs nationwide (7 facilities in the intervention group and 6 facilities in the control group), but one facility in the intervention group withdrew midway through the study, resulting in 6 facilities in both groups, for a total of 12 facilities.
The responses to the questionnaire were: 6 head nurses in the intervention group (response rate 85.7%), night shift leader nurses: 30 (response rate 85.7%), nurses with less than 5 years of NICU experience: 40 (response rate 88.9%) The control group consisted of 6 head nurses (100% response rate) and 35 nurses with less than 5 years of NICU experience (100% response rate).
