4つの電子データベース（PubMed、CINAHL、MEDLINE、ERIC）を使用し、2023年4月から2023年5月までの期間に、臨床判断[and]看護、臨床推論[and]看護という検索用語を用いて、2013年から2022年までの看護における臨床判断および臨床推論に関する研究を特定する。その後、タイトルを選別し、重複したものを排除する。さらに、要約のレビューでは、研究が看護に特有の者でない場合、臨床的判断や臨床推論を扱っていない場合、英語もしくは日本語で書かれていない場合、査読付きのジャーナルに掲載されていない場合の論文は却下する。また、論文の選別中に意見の相違があった場合は、話し合いで解決する。すべての研究は、研究者、RN、CNSのいずれか2名以上で行う。

Four electronic databases(PubMed, CINAHL, MEDLINE, ERIC) are searched between April 2023 and March 2023 to identify studies pertaining to clinical judgment and reasoning in nursing from 2013 to 2023 using the search terms clinical judgment [and] nursing and clinical reasoning [and] nursing. Screen titles and eliminate duplicates. In the acstract review that followed, studies are rejected if they are not specific to nursing, did not address clinical judgement or reasoning, are not in the English or Japanese language, or are not published in peer-reviewed jurnals. In the event of disagreements during the selection of papers, they will be resolved through discussion. All studies will be conducted by at least two researchers, RN, or CNS.
