今回の研究では、音響過敏のあるASD患者に対してデジタル耳せんの使用により、どのような特性を有するASD患者の生活機能改善に、どの程度結び付くのか程度を明らかにする。

年齢12歳から60歳までの患者
米国医学会診断基準DSM-5により自閉スペクトラム症と診断された患者
担当医が音響過敏と診断した患者（ここでいう過敏とは、過敏性が生活機能や就学就労に明らかな障害を与えている場合を指す）
研究対象者本人または代諾者より文書同意が得られた患者

Patients aged 12 to 60 years
Patients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder according to the American Medical Association Diagnostic Criteria DSM-5
Patients diagnosed with acoustic hypersensitivity by the attending physician (hypersensitivity here refers to cases in which hypersensitivity clearly impairs daily functioning, school attendance and work)
Patients who have obtained written consent from the research subject or their legal representative
