介入校の小学生およびその保護者へ動画を用いた食育・健康教育（１～2週間に1回）を６カ月間実施する。食育・健康教育前後に質問票調査を行い、小学生の栄養知識、食習慣、体格、学力および体力、保護者の食生活のリテラシーおよび行行動変容、体格への影響について評価する。

Video nutrition and health education (once every 1-2 weeks) will be provided to elementary school students and their parents in the intervention schools for six months. Questionnaires will be administered before and after the nutrition and health education to assess the effects on elementary school students' nutrition knowledge, eating habits, body size, academic achievement, physical fitness, parents' dietary literacy and behavioral change, and body size.

対照群では、学校の通常カリキュラムの食育授業のみとする。食育・健康教育前後に質問票調査を行い、小学生の栄養知識、食習慣、体格、学力および体力、保護者の食生活のリテラシーおよび行行動変容、体格への影響について評価する。

In the control groups, nutrition education classes in the regular school curriculum will be provided for elementary school students. Questionnaires will be administered before and after the nutrition and health education to assess the effects on elementary school students' nutrition knowledge, eating habits, body size, academic achievement, physical fitness, guardians' dietary literacy and behavioral change, body weight, and body mass index.
