10-19mmの固有筋層由来上部消化管粘膜下腫瘍を対象とした、22gauge Franseen needleを用いたEndoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acquisition（EUS-TA）におけるstereomicroscopic on-site evaluationにおいて、白色検体長カットオフ値（≧4mm）が先行研究と同様の診断感度であるかを前向きに検証する。

1. 事前に施行されたEUSにおいて、上部消化管（食道、胃、十二指腸）の10-19mmの固有筋層由来粘膜下腫瘍と診断し、治療方針の決定のために病理診断が必要な症例
2. 本研究への参加について患者本人から文書にて同意が得られている20歳以上の症例

2. Providing written informed consent, and age =or >20
