主な結果/Results

日本語
精製水を飲水したコントロール群と甘味刺激のある味覚刺激群では、最大心拍数、最大酸素摂取量、Borgスケールに有意な差は認められなかった。一方で身体運動後の精神状況の変化を聴取したアンケート（TDMS）の快適度において、コントロール群では有意に低下していたのに対して、味覚刺激群では有意な差は認められなかった。

There were no significant differences at max heart rate, max oxygen intake and Borg scale compared with control group and gusatory stimulation group in phsical assessment. In change in mental status which assessed by TDMS, significantly decreased in control group, but gusatory group hadn't significantly differeneces.
