脳卒中患者の新たな姿勢制御システム全体を捉えるためには，筋肉，COPの「動き」，脳の活動の各要素をサブシステムとして捉え，サブシステム内およびサブスシステム間の相互作用をネットワーク解析を用いて分析する．

脳卒中患者においては，脳卒中発症後１ヶ月以上経過，20歳以上85歳未満，立位が軽介助から監視．健常者においては，立位に影響を及ぼす神経・筋疾患，整形外科疾患の既往がない．

Stroke patients were at least 1 month post-stroke, between 20 and 85 years of age, and standing from lightly assisted to monitored. No history of neuromuscular or orthopedic disease affecting standing in healthy subjects.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

主治医により立位が制限あるいは禁止されている，指示理解困難あるいは理解できても指示に従うことが困難．

脳卒中患者の麻痺側肢に筋電図を貼付した状態で，重心動揺計で立位保持を行ってもらう．その時の筋活動と重心動揺のデータをネットワーク解析を用いて，各筋の関連性，重心軌跡との関連性の検討を行う．また，健常成人でも同様の計測を行い，脳卒中患者との比較を行い，脳卒中患者の姿勢制御の特徴を明らかにする．

Stroke patients are asked to hold a standing position with a center-of-gravity sway meter while an electromyogram is attached to the paralyzed side limb. We will examine the relationship between the muscle activities and the center of gravity trajectory by using network analysis of the EMG data. We will also measure the same muscular activities in healthy adults, compare them with stroke patients, and clarify the characteristics of postural control in stroke patients.
