2023年4月～2023年5月に本施設に入居していた経口摂取者で、低栄養状態のリスクレベル中高度かつ全粥、粥ゼリーを摂取している者。

Residents with oral intake who were admitted to the study facility from April to May 2023, those who have a medium to high risk level of malnutrition, and have whole porridge or porridge jelly.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

疾患的にパワーライスの提供が適さない者、嗜好的にパワーライスの提供を断念した者。

Those who are not suitable for power rice due to their diseases, or those who decline the provision of power rice due to their preference.
