現病歴、既往歴として下記疾患を有する者
糖尿病、炎症性腸疾患、クローン病、過敏性腸症候群、潰瘍性大腸炎、喘息、アレルギー、リウマチ、自閉症、認知症、うつ病、精神疾患、多発性硬化症、自己免疫疾患、がん、肝疾患、内分泌疾患、慢性腎臓病、慢性腎不全、動脈硬化、脂質異常症、高血圧

Those who have the following diseases as current disease history and past history
diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, asthma, allergies, rheumatism, autism, dementia, depression, mental illness, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disease, cancer , liver disease, endocrine disease, chronic kidney disease, chronic renal failure, arteriosclerosis, dyslipidemia, hypertension

研究デザインは観察研究（横断研究）である。
2023年3月から６月に、新聞折り込みチラシ、ラジオCM、ホームページ等のインターネットの活用、駅前の遊歩道でのイベントブースを設けて周知、駅前の商業施設近くでチラシ配りで、選択基準に合致し、研究の説明に同意の得られた者
調査内容は、基本属性、食生活、運動習慣、腸内細菌叢の多様性、組成等である。
なお、本試験の結果は、UMIN試験ID UMIN000050560（受付番号 R000057573）で使用する土台となる研究である。

The study design is an observational study (cross-sectional study).
From January to June 2023, the research subjects will use the Internet such as newspaper insert flyers, radio commercials, and websites, set up event booths on the promenade in front om the station, distribute flyers near commercial facilities in front of the station, Those who meet the selection criteria and consent to the explanation of the research.
The contents of the survey include basic attributes, dietary habits, exercise habits, diversity and composition of intestinal microbiota.
The results of this study will serve as a basis for use in UMIN study ID UMIN000050560 (receipt number R000057573).
