選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.同意取得時点で18歳以上60歳未満の日本人男女
2.自らの意思でPRP療法を望む患者
3.薄毛分類により下記に該当する患者
薄毛男性　Hamilton-Norwood Scale Ⅰ～Ⅳ
薄毛女性　Ludwig Scale Ⅰ-1～Ⅱ-2
4.患者本人より本研究への参加について文書にて同意が得られた患者

1. Japanese men and women between the ages of 18 and 60 at the time of consent.
2. Patients who wish to undergo PRP therapy of their own volition.
3. Patients who meet the following criteria according to hair loss classification
Men with thinning hair Hamilton-Norwood Scale I-IV
Female with thinning hair Ludwig Scale I-1 to II-2
4. Patients who have given written consent to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.非パターン性脱毛症および瘢痕性脱毛症の患者
2.併用薬に対して過敏症の既往歴のある患者
3.出血性疾患の既往歴のある患者
4.抗凝固薬（アスピリン、ワルファリン、ヘパリン）を服用中の患者
5.局所に活動的な感染症のある患者
6.頭皮にケロイド傾向のある患者
7.乾癬、扁平苔癬、白斑の既往歴のある患者
8.他の臨床試験に参加している患者、又は参加後経過6ヶ月未満の患者
9.その他、研究責任医師又は研究分担医師により本研究への参加が不適当と判断された患者

1. Patients with non-patterned alopecia and scarring alopecia
2. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to concomitant medications
3. Patients with a history of bleeding disorders
4. Patients taking anticoagulants (aspirin, warfarin, heparin)
5. Patients with active local infection
6. Patients with keloid tendency on the scalp
7. Patients with a history of psoriasis, lichen planus, or vitiligo
8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials or who have been participating in such trials for less than 6 months.
9. Other patients who are judged by the principal investigator or subinvestigator to be inappropriate to participate in this study.
