選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)同意取得時の年齢が50歳以上100歳以下の健常な男女
(2)認知機能が正常であり、主観評価項目を理解して自身で記入できる者
(3)当該試験について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解することができ、本人による文書同意が得られた者

(1) Healthy male/female subjects ranging in age from 50 to 100, at informed consent.
(2)Persons who have received a full explanation of the study, understand its contents, and have given their written consent.
(3)A person who understands the consent statement and obtains his/her signature

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)現在、日常生活に支障をきたす各種疾患により投薬治療又は通院治療を行っている者
(2)現在、医師の管理下において、厳格な運動又は食事療法を行っている者
(3)試験食品により、食物アレルギー発症のおそれがある者
(4)薬物依存、アルコール依存の現病又は既往のある者
(5)精神障害(うつ病等)や睡眠障害(不眠症、睡眠時無呼吸症候群等)で通院中、又は過去に精神疾患の既往がある者
(6)生活リズム(食事、睡眠、極端な偏食等)が著しく不規則な者
(7)免疫機能に影響を及ぼす医薬品を使用している者
(8)同意取得日から遡って3カ月以内に他の臨床試験(研究)に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に他の臨床試験(研究)に参加する計画がある者
(9)誤嚥の恐れがある者

(1)Those who are currently receiving medication or outpatient treatment for various diseases that interfere with their daily life.
(2)Those who are currently on a strict exercising or dieting under the supervision of a doctor
(3)Subjects who may develop food allergies due to the test food
(4)Those who have a current or a history of drug dependence or alcohol dependence
(5)Those who are undergoing hospital visits for mental disorders (depression, etc.) or sleep disorders (insomnia, sleep apnea syndrome, etc.), or have a history of mental illness in the past
(6)Subjects with significantly irregular life rhythms (eating, sleeping, extremely unbalanced diet, etc.)
(7)Persons using drugs that affect immune function
(8)Those who participated in other clinical trials (research) within 3 months before the date of consent acquisition, or those who plan to participate in other clinical trials (research) during the trial period
(9)Those who are at risk of aspiration
