目的/Objectives

日本語
人工股関節全置換術で引き下げを行う際、通常は画像上で等しくなるように調整を行うが、骨盤の傾きやもともとの脚長が異なるなどの理由で、画像上は問題なさそうに見えても脚長差に違和感を感じるケースが散見される。本研究では自覚的脚長差に注目し、術前に計画を立て、患者立脚型評価で評価することである

When performing total hip arthroplasty with retraction, adjustments are usually made to equalize the leg lengths on the images. However, there are scattered cases in which patients feel uncomfortable about the leg length difference even though it looks fine on the images due to pelvic tilt or different original leg lengths. In this study, we focus on subjective leg length difference, planning before surgery, and evaluating it with a patient-oriented evaluation.

Crowe 3以上の脱臼例，対象側に何かしらの手術がされている例
