第1段階目として108人に、GSES,BDI,SHRそれぞれ3つの質問紙を受検してもらった。
第2段階目として、個人面談10名と集団面談3グループ（1グループ10人）へ認知行動療法を実施した。
認知行動療法実施前後にGSES,BDI,SHRそれぞれ3つの質問紙を受検してもらった。現在、数値の変化をまとめる作業を実施中。

In the first stage, 108 people were asked to complete three questionnaires each for the GSES, BDI, and SHR.
In the second stage, cognitive behavioral therapy was implemented for 10 people in individual interviews and three groups (10 people per group) in group interviews.
Before and after cognitive behavioral therapy, people were asked to complete three questionnaires each for the GSES, BDI, and SHR. We are currently working on compiling the changes in the values.
