利用者様の選定基準は，①クライエント中心の実践を行っている方，②認知面が良好（HDS--R21点以上もしくはMMSE24点以上, かつ日常生活活動評価（FIM）の「理解」が6点以上）で研究内容の理解ができる方とし，説明文書をもとに同意が得られた方

The selection criteria for participants included individuals who 1) practiced client-centered approaches, and 2) had good cognitive functioning (HDS-R21 score of 24 or higher on MMSE, with a score of 6 or higher for "understanding" on the Functional Independence Measure [FIM]), and provided informed consent based on an explanatory document.

主な結果/Results
日本語
101名の参加者（47～93歳）は、CRSスコアに基づき、良好な関係性群、中立的群、不良な関係性群に分類されました。ロジスティック回帰分析の結果、目標達成度と作業療法に対するクライアントの理解度が、関係性の質と関連していることが明らかになりました。良好な関係性群では参加者の50%以上が日常生活動作（ADL）の目標を持っていたのに対し、不良な関係性群では参加者の50%以上が移動能力の目標を持っていました。

Among 101 participants (aged 47-93 years), CRS scores categorised them into good, neutral, and poor relationship groups. Logistic regression revealed that goal achievement and clients understanding of occupational therapy were associated with relationship quality. Over 50% of participants in the good relationship group had activities of daily living goals, whereas more than 50% in the poor relationship group had mobility goals.

この研究に必要なサンプルサイズは、ロジスティック回帰分析に推奨される変数ごとのイベント数に基づいて、少なくとも100人の参加者であると決定されました（Peduzzi et al.、1996）。以下の基準を満たす20の施設から200人の参加者を募集しました。（1）作業療法サービス内でクライアント中心のアプローチに導かれて作業療法を受けるか、または受ける予定であること、（2）以前に作業療法士と治療目標について話し合ったこと、（3）認知障害を示さないこと（改訂された長谷川認知症尺度（HDS-R）で21点以上、またはミニ精神状態試験（MMSE）で24点以上）、および（4）関連するインフォームドコンセント文書を理解し、署名する能力を有する。これらの基準を満たしていないクライアントは除外されました。
参加者のスクリーニングと募集は、20の参加施設のそれぞれで作業療法士によって行われました。適格な参加者には、研究時に作業療法サービスを受けていた新規入院者と既存のクライアントの両方が含まれていました。セラピストは、登録前に包含基準を満たし、書面によるインフォームドコンセントを取得したクライアントを特定しました。

The required sample size for this study was determined to be at least 100 participants, based on the number of events per variable recommended for logistic regression analysis (Peduzzi et al., 1996). We recruited 200 participants from 20 facilities who met the following criteria: (1) receiving or planning to receive an occupational therapy guided by a client-centred approach within occupational therapy services, (2) having previously discussed treatment goals with their occupational therapist, (3) exhibiting no cognitive impairments (scored >21 points on the revised Hasegawas Dementia Scale (HDS-R) or >24 points on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)), and (4) having the capacity to understand and sign the relevant informed consent documents. Clients who did not meet these criteria were excluded.

KAIGO全国データベースに登録されている20のデイケアセンター（DCC）のコンビニエンスサンプルを日本全国から選択しました。2023年3月から2024年4月の間に作業療法サービスを受けたクライアントが含まれていました。

A convenience sample of 20 day care centres (DCCs) registered in the KAIGO national database was selected from across Japan. Clients receiving occupational therapy services between March 2023 and April 2024 were included.
有害事象/Adverse events

本研究は非侵襲的な介入および評価から構成されており、重篤な有害事象は想定していない。ただし、課題実施に伴う一過性の疲労感や不快感、心理的負担が生じる可能性がある。
