1型糖尿病と診断され、インスリン療法を行っている者
20歳未満の小児または若年成人
1型糖尿病診療のための通院が概ね3か月に一回以上ある者
本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人または代諾者の自由意思による同意が得られた者

Persons diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and on insulin therapy
Children or young adults under 40 years old
Patients who visit the hospital more than once in three month for treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus
Persons who have been fully informed about the study and who have given their or their surrogate's free and voluntary consent based on a thorough understanding of the study
