対象者に視覚と味覚の感覚相互作用を明らかにするためのアンケート(形・色と味覚の相関を問う内容）を実施。そのアンケート結果で相関が認められた形・色と味覚に一致した食品2種類を3Dフードプリンタと食紅にて造形・着色する。
その作成した食品2種類を15個ずつ皿に並べて、好きな方を自由に満足いくまで摂取していただき、終了時点でのそれぞれの個数を測定する。

A questionnaire was administered to the subjects to clarify the sensory interaction between vision and taste (the questionnaire asked about the correlation between shape, color, and taste). Two types of food that matched the shape, color, and taste that were found to correlate with the results of the questionnaire were then created and colored using a 3D food printer and food coloring.
The participants were asked to freely consume whichever they liked until they were satisfied, and the number of pieces of each food was measured at the end of the study.

意思疎通が図れないもの、経管栄養を使用しているもの、急性症状や極度の低栄養などにより医療的支援を要するものとする
