This study examines the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on oxidative stress after high-intensity exercise.

被験者に最大酸素摂取量（VO2max）の75～80%強度で60分間の自転車を用いた運動負荷試験を実施する。運動時には呼気ガスパラメータおよび心拍数を経時的に計測する。また、運動時には自覚的運動強度を一定の間隔で記録する。さらに、運動前後で採血および採尿を行う。これらの生体試料を用いて炎症、酸化ストレス、生化学的検査指標等を測定する。また、10回の高圧酸素療法介入があるが、その前後で睡眠の向上、疼痛の緩和、自律神経系の調整にどれくらいの変化があるかを評価する。

Subjects will undergo an exercise test using a bicycle for 60 minutes at 75-80% intensity of maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max). Exhaled gas parameters and heart rate will be measured over time during exercise. Subjective exercise intensity will also be recorded at regular intervals during exercise. In addition, blood and urine samples will be collected before and after exercise. These biological samples will be used to measure inflammation, oxidative stress and biochemical test indices. There will also be 10 interventions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, before and after which the extent of changes in sleep improvement, pain relief and autonomic nervous system regulation will be assessed.

安静時12誘導心電図および血圧測定において異常所見が認められる、実験日前日の飲酒を制限できない、喫煙または抗酸化サプリメントを摂取している、抗アレルギー薬、抗炎症薬を服用している
