脳卒中患者における片側Nordic PoleとT-cane（1本杖）が歩行時の体幹にどのような影響を及ぼすか運動学・運動力学的特徴から比較し、適応する患者を検証することで、リハビリにおける介入方法の一助にする

・回復期脳卒中患者（発症後180日以内）
・麻痺側下肢のBrunnstrom Recovery StageがⅢ・Ⅳのもの
・歩行自立度が近位監視～自立レベルのもの
・日常（病棟生活）やリハビリテーション場面でT-cane（1本杖）を使用しているもの
・主治医から研究参加に問題ないと判断されたもの
