疾患の進行または回復の過程と相関する指標を探すことで、検査のために通院する必要がなくなる。そのため本研究では、疾患が進行していく過程や疾患から回復していく過程を日常生活の中でモニタリングできる身体活動量の指標を検討する。

Finding an index that correlates with the process of disease progression or recovery would eliminate the need for hospital visits for testing. Therefore, this study will examine an index of physical activity that can monitor the process of disease progression or recovery from disease in daily life.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

本研究ではEQ-5D-5Lによる体調の評価を正解とし、EQ-5D-5Lと加速度計から計算される活動（歩行、立位、臥位）時間の増減との相関（ピアソンの積率相関係数）によって評価する。

In this study, the evaluation of physical condition by the EQ-5D-5L is considered correct and is evaluated by the correlation between the EQ-5D-5L and the increase or decrease in activity (walking, standing, and lying down) time calculated from the accelerometer.

（１）運動負荷によって身体が危険な状態に陥る可能性のある心臓疾患や呼吸器疾患などに罹患している者。
（２）妊娠をしている者。
