MHDからCMの閾値を検討する為，MHDカテゴリ（0≦MHD<4，4≦MHD<8，8≦MHD<15，15≦MHD）別に層別して分析し，どのカテゴリでMQ-QOLに違いがあるかを検討する．

DeSC社が契約する診療データの二次利用に同意した健康保険組合の加入者（約60万人），かつ19歳以上75未満，かつDeSC社が提供する健康保険組合向け健康増進支援サービスアプリkencomの登録者(約15万人)を対象に,頭痛とQOLに関する自己記入式のアンケート調査を行った結果、ICHD-3に基づいた問診票で片頭痛（片頭痛疑いを含む）と判断された集団

Health insurance union members (approximately 600,000) who have agreed to secondary use of medical data contracted by DeSC, who are 19 to 75 years old, and who are health promotion support service app kencom provided by DeSC for health insurance unions 150,000 registrants (about 150,000) were assessed as having migraine (including suspected migraine) based on the ICHD-3 questionnaire. group

主な結果/Results

日本語
・対象集団は，健康保険組合加入者であり，労働者が約90％という集団であった．
・MHDとMS-QOLには弱い相関があった．
・MHDとAbsenteeismは，頭痛日数カテゴリ別では違いはなかった．
・MHD（0-7日）と（8日以上）でWPAI（Absenteeism 以外）に違いがあった．
・MHD（0-14日）と（15日以上）でMS-QOLに違いがあった．
・MHD（0-3日）でもMS-QOLが低下し，WPAIが大きかった

The target population was a health insurance association, and approximately 90% of the participants were workers.
There was a weak correlation between MHD and MS-QOL.
MHD and Absenteeism did not differ by headache day category.
WPAI (except Absenteeism) differed between MHD (0-7 days) and MHD (8 or more days).
There was a difference in MS-QOL between MHD (0-14 days) and MHD (15 days or more).
MHD (0-3 days) also had lower MS-QOL and greater WPAI.
