1）心血管疾患、代謝性疾患、その他重篤な疾患を有する者もしくは、既往歴のある者
2）不整脈を有する者
3）運動が禁止されている者
4）喫煙者
5）常用薬の服用者
6）日常的に多量の飲酒をしている者

2) People with arrhythmia
3) People who are prohibited from exercising

5) People who take regular medicine
6) People who drink a lot of alcohol on a daily
