患者群
1.副腎皮質機能低下症に対してヒドロコルチゾン 15mg/日以上を12週間以上継続投与されている患者
2.日常生活下で指輪型の小型ウェアラブルデバイスを装着し、スマートフォンでEMAに回答し、唾液の採取ができる者
3.スマートフォンを所有している者
4.本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による同意が得られた者

対象群
1.日常生活下で指輪型の小型ウェアラブルデバイスを装着し、スマートフォンでEMAに回答し、唾液の採取ができる者
2.スマートフォンを所有している者
3.本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による同意が得られた者

1.Individuals with adrenocortical insufficiency undergoing hydrocortisone treatment exceeding 15mg per day
2.Individuals who possess a smartphone and are able to respond to questionnaires
3.Individuals able to wear a ring medical device and provide saliva samples
4.Individuals who have provided written informed consent

Control Group:
1.Healthy individuals who possess a smartphone and are able to respond to questionnaires
2.Individuals able to wear a ring medical device and provide saliva samples
3.Individuals who have provided written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2.研究アプリケーションの利用が明らかに困難な場合
3.研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した場合
