大阪市内に居住する60歳以上の男女でスマートフォンを保有する者とする。

Men and Women over 60 years old residing in Osaka City who own a smartphone.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)運動実施に制限をもたらす循環器疾患、呼吸器疾患を有する者
2)介助者なしに自立歩行が困難な者
3)ベースライン評価時に、Mini-Cogの結果が2点以下の全般的な認知機能障害が疑われる者

英語
1) Persons with circulatory or respiratory diseases that limit their ability to exercise.
2) Patients who have difficulty walking independently without a caregiver.
3) Suspected general cognitive impairment with a Mini-Cog result of 2 points or less at baseline assessment.
