胃腫瘍に対しESDを予定している患者

Patients scheduled for ESD for gastric neoplasms
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
研究に対しての同意が得られない症例, 病変の一部が噴門部または幽門輪のいずれかに及ぶ症例, 病変切除後潰瘍が胃の1/2周性に及ぶ症例, 重度の臓器不全を有する症例, 高い出血リスクを有する血液凝固機能異常を有する症例, 病変切除時に穿孔を来したことが明らかである症例, 妊娠中の症例, 何らかの理由で緊急かつ明白な生命の危機が生じている状況にある症例, その他, 担当医・術者が本研究に不適切と判断した症例

cases in which informed consent was not obtained for the study, cases in which part of the lesion extends to either the cardia or the pyloric ring, cases in which ulceration after resection of the lesion extends to 1/2 circumferential of the stomach, cases with severe organ failure, cases with abnormal blood clotting function with high bleeding risk, cases in which perforation was evident at the time of lesion resection, cases during pregnancy, patients in a situation where an urgent and obvious life crisis has occurred for some reason, and other cases that the attending physician or surgeon deems inappropriate for this study
