経カテーテル大動脈弁留置術(TAVI)を受けた患者の術後72時間までの皮膚色を、分光測色計で測定し、術後に皮膚色（顔色）が変化しているかどうか、また顔色に関連する因子を検索する。

In order to clarify whether facial color changes during postoperative period, time course changes in skin color from pre- to 72-hr after-TAVI are measured using spectrophotometer. Factors associated with skin color is investigated.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 皮膚色測定部分に皮膚病変（発疹、外傷、瘢痕など）がある
2. 色素沈着をきたす疾患（甲状腺機能亢進症、肝硬変、慢性腎不全など）
3. 認知症患者
4. その他の理由により、研究責任医師または研究分担者が研究対象者として不当と判断する場合

1. Skin lesions (rash, trauma, scarring, etc.) at the measurement site.
2. Diseases that cause pigmentation (hyperthyroidism, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, etc.)
3. Patients with dementia

TAVI術後6時間と18時間の前額皮膚の明度（L*)は、上昇し、72時間後にもとにもどった。赤み(a*)は、術後6時間で低下した。この変化はBPや採血結果の変化とは相関しなかった。

The skin lightness L* values increased at 6 and 18 h after TAVI and returned at 72 h after TAVI and a* values decreased at 6 h after TAVI. No associations were observed between the changes in skin color and changes in BP or laboratory data.

65-90歳の症状のある大動脈狭窄症の患者。肝硬変、末期腎不全、内分泌疾患、測定部のタトゥー、瘢痕や火傷にある患者は除外。

Patients with symptomatic aortic stenosis aged 65-90 years. Patients with skin pigmentation, such as liver cirrhosis, end-stage renal failure, endocrine disorders, tattoos, wounds, or burns at the measurement site, were excluded.
