主な結果/Results

日本語
①健康ミネラル麦茶（株式会社伊藤園）、②試作麦茶（健康ミネラルむぎ茶から添加ミネラルを除去）、③ミネラル水（健康ミネラルむぎ茶から麦茶成分を除去）、④水の4種の飲料を試験参加者に摂取させた。摂取前後の血流速度の比較では特筆すべき傾向は見られなかったが、血流改善者（摂取前より摂取後の血流速度の変化率が10%より上昇した者）数は③ミネラル水＞①健康ミネラル麦茶＞②試作麦茶＞④水の順に多かった。上記結果より、麦茶に添加されるミネラル成分が血流改善に関与している可能性が示唆された。

Four types of beverages were tested:(1)Kenko-mineral-mugitya, (2)Shisaku-mugitya, (3)Mineraru water, (4)Water. Comparison of the blood flow velocity before and after taking beverages didn't show any tendencies. However the number of people who improved blood flow velocity was different between beverages. The largest one was (3), followed in order by (1), (2) and (4). These results suggested that mineral components added to barley tea may make blood flow improving.
