目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究では、SMI超音波検査法を妊婦健診に導入し、正常胎盤のリファレンス（評価基準）を作成し、各種胎盤異常に特異的なSMI超音波病理像を定義する。さらに前方視的コホート研究において、妊娠中のSMI超音波検査スクリーニングを行い、胎盤異常の検出精度について検証する。本研究により、胎盤形成過程をこれまでにない精度で描出するとともに、胎盤疾患の早期診断法を確立したい。

In this study, we will introduce SMI ultrasonography to prenatal checkups, create a reference (evaluation criteria) for normal placenta, and define SMI ultrasound pathological images specific to various placental abnormalities. Furthermore, in a prospective cohort study, SMI ultrasonographic screening during pregnancy will be performed to verify the accuracy of detection of placental abnormalities. Through this research, we hope to visualize the placental formation process with unprecedented accuracy and establish an early diagnosis method for placental diseases.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
当院における妊婦健診や、当院管理入院中の患者に対する超音波検査において胎盤のSMIを組み込む。分娩終了後、その胎盤を病理検査に提出し顕微鏡的所見を得る。胎盤の超音波検査所見と病理所見との比較を行うことにより、胎盤が胎児発育不全などの胎盤が原因と考えられている疾患に対する影響を検討し、妊娠中の胎盤疾患の診断法の確立を目指す。

Incorporating placental SMI in prenatal checkups at our hospital and ultrasonography for patients hospitalized under management at our hospital. After delivery, the placenta is submitted for pathological examination to obtain microscopic findings. By comparing placental ultrasonographic findings with pathological findings, the effects of the placenta on diseases thought to be caused by the placenta, such as fetal growth restriction, will be examined, and diagnostic methods for placental diseases during pregnancy will be established.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

対象者は当院で妊婦健診を施行され、かつ当院で分娩した妊婦である。胎盤・臍帯が原因で胎児発育不全をきたした症例と、胎児発育不全をきたしていない症例（切迫早産など）を比較し、胎児発育不全の原因となっている胎盤・臍帯異常が胎盤病理所見におよぼす影響について検討する。

The subjects were pregnant women who underwent prenatal checkups at our hospital and delivered at our hospital. By comparing cases of fetal growth restriction caused by the placenta and umbilical cord with those without fetal growth restriction (e.g., threatened premature birth), placental and umbilical cord abnormalities that cause fetal growth restriction are included in placental pathological findings. Consider the impact.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

胎児発育不全をきたしている症例のうち、胎児の形態学的異常が原因と考えられているものや多胎など原因が明らかであるものは除外対象とする。
