日本語
SWEを用いて肩肘周囲の筋腱の粘弾性と投球動作に伴う粘弾性変化を定量的に評価し、投球動作の解析との関連性を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study was to quantitatively evaluate the stiffness changes of around the shoulder muscle by overthrowing pitching using SWE and to examine whether they are related to the analysis of pitching motion.

被検者に20球投球してもらう。
投球前後にSWE計測、投球動作解析を行う。
SWEはAixplorer(Supersonic Imagine）を用いて肩周囲筋を測定する。
投球動作はmotus(oneworld)を用いて解析する。

The examinee will throw 20 pitches.
SWE measurement and throwing motion analysis will be performed before and after pitching.
SWE will be measured using Aixplorer (Supersonic Imagine).
Throwing motion will be analyzed using motus (oneworld).

オーバースロー動作を伴うスポーツ選手
本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、被験者本人（未成年者の場合は代諾者）の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

Athletes with overthrow movements
Subjects who, after receiving a full explanation of their participation in this study and with full understanding, have given their free written consent (or that of their surrogate in the case of minors).
