目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
被験者に直接装着する3軸加速度計と角速度計による歩行解析システム(RehaGait)を用い、LSVT BIG施行前後におけるパーキンソン病患者の病的歩行の時空間パラメータを計測・解析することでリハビリテーションの効果と病的歩行の特徴を明らかにする。

To clarify the effect of rehabilitation and the characteristics of pathological gait in patients with Parkinson's disease, we will measure and analyze the spatiotemporal parameters of gait before and after LSVT BIG using a gait analysis system (RehaGait).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) パーキンソン病と診断された、自力歩行可能な20歳以上の者
2) 外来通院あるいは入院にてJA長野厚生連鹿教湯三才山リハビリテーションセンター鹿教湯病院においてLSVT BIGを受ける意思がある者
3) LSVT BIGプログラムにより定められた期間(1ヶ月間)の外来通院あるいは入院が可能な者

1) Patients who are 20 years of age or older with Parkinson's disease and able to walk on their own.
2) Having a will to receive LSVT BIG at JA Nagano Koseiren Kakeyu Misayama Rehabilitation Center Kakeyu Hospital as an outpatient or inpatient.
3) Eligible for receiving LSVT-BIG therapy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) パーキンソン病の重症度評価スケールであるHoehn-Yahr重症度分類でVに含まれる者(最重症: 基本的に日常生活は全面介助が必要なレベル)
2) 重篤な認知症を有する者 (LSVT BIGは患者自身が自力で努力する運動が含まれており、その主旨を理解できないと思われる者)
3) その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した者

1) Patients who are classified as Hoehn-Yahr grade V (most severe disease: patients basically need full assistance in daily living).
2) Patients with dementia (LSVT BIG includes exercises that require patients to make efforts on their own).
3) Patients deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.

LSVT BIG施行前後で以下の項目を取得、観察する:

・RehaGaitを用い、10m歩行時の下肢の運動を計測した加速度データと、同製品によって加速度データから計算された歩行速度、下肢の各関節確角度など歩行時の時空間パラメータ
・MDS-UPDRS、TUG、FIMスコア
(いずれも日常診療で通常評価する項目ならびに侵襲性がない計測装置による運動機能の計測)
