日本語
VRスノーボードゲーム内にあるチュートリアルを実施し、その後ゲームをプレイする。ゲームは5日間行う。5日間行った後、アンケートを実施し、1週間のWash out期間を設ける。Wash out期間が終了したらバランスマットを使用し、スクワット、前後左右方向へのリーチ動作を行う。これを5日間行う。5日間行った後再度アンケートを実施する。

Follow the tutorial in the VR snowboard game, then play the game. The game will run for 5 days. After five days, we will conduct a questionnaire and set a one-week wash-out period. After the wash out period, use a balance mat and perform squats and reach movements in the front, back, left, and right directions. Do this for 5 days. After 5 days, we will conduct the questionnaire again.

日本語
バランスマットを使用し、スクワット、前後左右方向へのリーチ動作を行う。これを5日間行う。5日間行った後、アンケートを実施し、1週間のWash out期間を設ける。Wash out期間が終了したらVRスノーボードゲーム内にあるチュートリアルを実施し、その後ゲームをプレイする。ゲームは5日間行う。5日間行った後、再度アンケートを行う。

Using a balance mat, perform squats and reach movements in the front, back, left, and right directions. Do this for 5 days. 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

20～40代である者。
各研究実施日の間隔を3日間以上開けずに参加出来る者。

Those who can participate in the research without leaving an interval of 3 days or more.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
片脚立位保持が困難な者。トレーニング・測定に影響を及ぼす疾患の既往がある者。下肢痛を有する者。
以下の症状または既往を有する者。
除外する症状または既往：アルコール及び薬物の影響を受けている時、消化不良が続いている時、不眠、強い疲労感、感情的なストレスや不安がある時、風邪・インフルエンザの症状がある時、痙攣発作、両眼視機能異常、精神疾患、心臓疾患、妊娠している者、意識喪失、てんかんに関連する症状、その他重大な病状を認める者

Those who have difficulty in standing on one leg. Subjects with a history of disease affecting training and measurement. Those with leg pain.
Those who have the following symptoms or history.
Excluded symptoms or history: under the influence of alcohol and drugs, persistent indigestion, insomnia, extreme fatigue, emotional stress or anxiety, cold/flu symptoms, Convulsive seizures, binocular vision disorders, mental disorders, heart disorders, pregnant women, unconsciousness, epilepsy-related symptoms, and other serious medical conditions
