健常者の男女が，茶道環境に滞在前と滞在後，及び，茶道環境に滞在しなかった前後との，身体の生理的な状態の変化を生体から取得したデータで比較し，茶道環境の身体への効果を検証する．

研究対象者に対して茶道環境である茶室などで医療機器を用いて測定する．茶室と茶室以外でクロスオーバーデザインとし，ランダム化割付を行う．

For research subjects, clinical data are collected using medical equipment in "the Way of Tea" environment such as tea room. We perform randomization as a crossover design between tea room and non-tea room.
