1) 脳神経内科医にてパーキンソン病と診断されているもの
2) 検査・観察時間に患者が ON の状態であること
3) 研究参加について本人から文書で同意が得られていること

1) Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by a neurologist
2) Patient must be ON at the time of examination/observation
3) Written consent must be obtained from the individual to participate in the research

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) Mini Mental State Examination が 23 点以下であること
2) 脳深部刺激療法(Deep Brain Stimulation:DBS)やレボドパ・カルビドパ配合経腸用液治療(Levodopa-Carbidopa Intestinal Gel:LCIG)を行っている患者

パーキンソン病患者を対象とした日本語版質問紙票を開発するための研究である。主要評価は質問紙票の回答のしやすさをアンケートで測定する。疼痛関連指標も合わせて評価する。

This is a study to develop a Japanese version of the questionnaire for patients with Parkinson's disease. The primary outcome is measured by a questionnaire on the ease of answering the questionnaire form. Pain-related indicators are also assessed.
