主な結果/Results

切り替えから1年後、BCVAは負荷グループで0.28±0.25から0.19±0.28に、無負荷グループでは0.2±5±0.20に、0.230.25に移動しました。平均CRTは263.6±40.μ 7 mから221.7 ± 54.μ 6 mに減少し(P = 0.03)、非負荷群では244.9 ± 77.μ 2 mから221.0 ± 78.7 μm(P = 0.26)に変化しました。負荷群と非負荷群の両方で69%の乾燥黄斑を達成しました。投与回数は負荷群で有意に多く(7.6 ± 0.6 対 6.8 ± 0.4、P < 0.001)。2名(4.2%)の患者が眼内炎症を発症しました。

One year after switching, BCVA changed from 0.28 to 0.19 in the loading group and from 0.25 to 0.23 in the nonloading group. Both the loading and nonloading groups achieved 69% dry macula. The number of injections received was significantly higher in the loading group.
