主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

自己記入式質問紙を用いて、精神保健リテラシーを以下のように評価する。

・精神疾患に関する一般的な知識を、本研究向けに作成した質問項目を用いて評価する。
・うつ病の事例を読み、自分の子どもがその事例と同じ状態にあると想定させた上で、(1)子どもの状態に対する偏見的な態度、(2)子どもを助けることへの意識、を評価する。 (1)の評価には、Depression Stigma Scaleの”weak-not-sick”の一部の項目を用いる(Yap et al., 2014)。日本の保護者に尋ねるのに相応しい質問項目と選択肢を選ぶ。より相応しい文言に調整することがある。(2)の評価には本研究向けに作成した質問項目を用いる。
・子どもが心の病気と診断された場合にどのように感じると思うか、を本研究向けに作成した質問を用いて評価する。

アウトカムの測定は介入の前と直後に行う。

Mental health literacy will be assessed using a self-reported questionnaire as follows.

General knowledge about mental health and illnesses will be assessed using items developed for this study by the authors.

After reading a vignette which describes a student with depression, and assuming that a child of respondents is in the same situation as the student in the vignette, (1) stigmatizing attitude towards their child, (2) intention to help their child, will be assessed. For the assessment of (1), some question items will be adapted from the "weak-not-sick" items of the Depression Stigma Scale (Yap et al., 2014). The items and the answer choices that are appropriate to ask caregivers in Japan will be selected, and the wording will be modified so that it is more suitable for them. For (2), items developed for this study will be used.

Acceptance when their child is diagnosed with a mental illness will be assessed using an item developed for this study.

The outcome will be assessed at before and immediately after the intervention.
