本研究の目的は、更年期前後の働く女性のヘルスリテラシーと労働生産性、QOLの関係を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between women's health literacy, work performance and QOL of perimenopausal working women.

介入群は対照群と比較し、ヘルスリテラシー得点が上昇するか否かについて明らかにする。
介入群に対しては、1週間に1度、8週間にわたり更年期女性特有の健康問題に関するメッセージを送信する。

The intervention group will be compared with the control group to clarify whether the health literacy score increases.
The intervention group will be sent weekly messages about health issues specific to menopausal women for 8 weeks.

日本語の読み書きができない方
がん既往歴・現病歴のある方
子宮・卵巣摘出術後、早発閉経の要因となる染色体異常（ターナー症候群、脆弱X症候群など）、自己免疫疾患（甲状腺炎、重症筋無力症、白斑など）、糖尿病、アジソン病、副甲状腺機能低下症、その他の代謝性疾患の女性

People who cannot read or write Japanese
People with a history of cancer or a history of current illness
After hysterectomy/oophorectomy, chromosomal abnormalities that cause premature menopause (Turner syndrome, fragile X syndrome, etc.), autoimmune diseases (thyroiditis, myasthenia gravis, vitiligo, etc.), diabetes, Addison's disease, parathyroid function Women with depression and other metabolic disorders
