選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

テレメディーズで高血圧の治療（投薬など）を受けている20歳以上の高血圧患者
（ここでの高血圧患者とはすなわち、血圧の値や投薬の有無にかかわらず、高血圧遠隔診療支援アプリケーション“テレメディーズ”を利用し高血圧対策に取り組んでいる者）

Hypertensive patients over 20 years of age receiving any care (e.g., medication) for hypertension at "TELEMEDEASE" services using smartphone.
The definition of hypertensive patients is those who use TELEMEDEASE hypertension telemedicine support application and are taking measures to control their hypertension, regardless of their blood pressure levels or whether or not they are taking medication.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・腎臓に疾患や機能異常があり、塩分やカリウムの摂取制限を受けている方
・本試験開始時に他のヒト試験に参加している方
・その他、試験責任医師が不適当と判断した方

Those who have kidney disease or abnormal renal function and are restricted in salt and potassium intake.
Those who participate other clinical studies.
Those who are considered inappropriate by principal investigator.
