本研究の目的は、3次元動作解析と筋電図を併用した呼吸筋機能評価を用いて、胸腹部手術患者における周術期の胸郭運動障害と呼吸筋機能変化を分析することである。

The purpose of this study was to analyze perioperative thoracic movement disorders and changes in respiratory muscle function in thoracoabdominal surgery patients using respiratory muscle function assessment combined with 3-D motion analysis and electromyography.

心臓血管外科および消化器外科患者において待機的に胸腹部手術が施行予定の患者の中で当院のリハビリテーション科へコンサルテーションされ、手術前より理学療法が開始となった患者

Cardiovascular and gastrointestinal surgery patients who are scheduled to undergo thoracoabdominal surgery on a waiting list and who have been referred to our rehabilitation department to start physical therapy prior to surgery.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
精神・認知機能障害が重度である者。気胸の既往歴、大きな肺嚢胞、大動脈瘤などのある者。

英語
Those with severe mental or cognitive impairment. Those with a history of pneumothorax, large pulmonary cysts, or aortic aneurysms.
