The secondary outcomes are changes in scales for measuring clinical symptoms and quality of life (QOL): Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale, LSAS; Social Phobia Inventory, SPIN; Patient Health Quesitonnire-9, PHQ-9; Generalized Anxiety Disorder Quesitonnire-7, GAD-7; EuroQol 5 Dimensions 5-Level, EQ-5D-5L.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下のすべて基準を満たす者
・閾値下の社交不安を持つ（LSAS合計30点以上）
・スマートフォンを保有し日常的に使用している
・15歳以上25歳下
・高校または大学、専門学校等に通学している

Those who meet all of the following criteria
Have sub-threshold social anxiety (LSAS total score > 30 points).
User of his/her smartphone on a daily basis.
15 to 25 years old.
Adolecenses and young adults enrolled high school, university, vocational school, etc.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・DSM-5で社交不安症の診断基準を満たす
・2年以内に社交不安症のための認知行動療法
・IQ < 85
・うつ病などの精神疾患を有している
・切迫した自殺の危険性がある
・進行性の病気がある

英語
Meet diagnostic criteria for social anxiety disorder on DSM-5.
Conducted cognitive-behavioral therapy for social anxiety within 2 years.
IQ < 85.
Mental disorders such as major depressive disorder.
High risk of suicide.
Progressive disease such as cancer.
