本研究ではメントール、シンナムアルデヒド、カプサイシンという薬剤を用いたヒトの皮膚冷受容器TRPM8、TRPA1およびTRPV1の活性化が寒冷刺激に伴う循環応答および痛み感覚に及ぼす影響について検討する。それにより、寒冷刺激によって生じる循環応答に対して皮膚温度受容器TRPM8、RPA1およびTRPV1がどの様な役割を担っているかについて明らかにすることを目的とした。

In this study, we investigate the effects of activation of the human skin cold receptors TRPM8, TRPA1 and TRPV1 by the drugs menthol and cinnamaldehyde on the cardiovascular response and pain sensation induced by cold pressor test. The objective of this study was to clarify the role of the skin thermoreceptors TRPM8, TRPA1 and TRPV1 in the cardiovascular response induced by cold stimuli.
