本研究の目的は，運動状態・栄養状態・睡眠状態・ストレス状態・口腔状態・生活状態等の各種健康状態と疾病発症の関連要因を解明し，その成果を統合し，日々の健康状態から疾病発症の予測モデルを開発することである．それにより，疾病発症予防のために先制的な保健介入を実施可能なツールを提案する．

The objective of this study is to investigate the factors associated with various health conditions, such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, oral health, and living conditions, and to construct a prediction model for disease onset by synthesizing the findings. We propose a tool that can be utilized to implement proactive health interventions to prevent the onset of disease.
