分娩取り扱い施設全328施設かつ助産院全332施設に研究協力を依頼する。
各施設に配布を依頼する。
回収は、研究協力者が郵便ポストに投函する。
質問紙は、無記名自記式質問紙であるため、質問紙返送後の同意撤回はできない。
質問紙項目は、独自で作成した50項目である。

We will ask all 328 delivery facilities and 332 midwifery facilities to cooperate with the research.
Request distribution to each facility.
The collection will be posted by the research collaborators in a mailbox.
The questionnaire is an anonymous self-administered questionnaire.
The questionnaire items consist of 50 items created independently.
