保育関連施設にポスターの掲示を行い、2歳児未満のクラスの保護者宛にチラシの配布を行う。ポスターおよびチラシには、本研究の説明内容している動画と同意およびアンケートフォームのQRコードを掲載する。同意およびアンケートフォームに回答し、メールアドレスを送って頂いた方で、どれか１つの質問紙の合計得点が26点以上の方にインタビューの日程調整の連絡を行う。メールアドレスは、本研究のインタビュー日程の調整および謝金の受け渡しのみに使用する。同意撤回書は、同意の記載時にダウンロードできるように設定する。同意撤回は、アンケートフォームの入力後1週間以内（メールアドレスを記載して頂いた方のみ）およびインタビュー調査終了後1週間は可能とする。

Nursery-related facilities put up posters and distribute leaflets to parents of children under the age of two.
The poster and leaflet included a QR code for the video and questionnaire explaining the contents of this research.
The researcher will contact those who scored 26 points or more in the questionnaire.
Withdrawal of consent is possible within one week after completing the questionnaire and one week after completing the interview survey.
