小児の気管挿管では、気管チューブの先端を気管の途中に位置させることが重要である。気管チューブの挿入長を予測するためにいくつかの公式が使用されていますが、どれも完璧ではありません。我々は，超音波ガイド下で気管チューブ先端の最適位置を確認し，安全に気管チューブを挿入することを目的とする．

In pediatric tracheal intubation, it is important to position the end of the tracheal tube in the middle of the trachea. Several formulas have been used to predict the insertion length of a tracheal tube, but none is perfect. Our objective is to identify the optimal position of the tracheal tube tip under ultrasound guidance for safe tracheal tube insertion.
