ICU-AW患者を対象に，長期的な神経筋電気刺激療法（NMES）を実施し，退院時の四肢筋力や日常生活動作能力の回復促進効果を明らかにすること．

1. Closed-ICU在室期間が48時間以上
2. ICU在室中のMRC sum scoreが48点未満
3. 覚醒が得られ，本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けたあと，十分な理解の上，患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1. Closed-ICU for more than 48 hours
2. MRC sum score < 48 (while in ICU)
3. Subjects who are awake, have received sufficient explanation about participating in this study, and have obtained written informed consent of the patient's own free will after sufficient understanding

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 神経筋疾患の既往あるいは合併した症例
2. 整形外科疾患の既往あるいは合併した症例
3. 肺移植術が施行された症例
4. 植込み型人工心臓手術が施行された症例
5. ペースメーカーが留置された症例
6. 皮膚が脆弱な症例
