選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1968年10月から2022年9月までに兵庫県立尼崎総合医療センターで大動脈縮窄に対して初回手術または再手術で解剖学的治療を受けた18歳以上の患者。

英語
patients at the age of 18 or older who underwent primary or redo operations with anatomical repair for coarctation of the aorta at Hyogo Prefectural Amagasaki General Medical Center.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
18歳未満の患者、非解剖学的修復の患者、経過観察できていない患者、単心室に対してNorwood型手術を受けた患者。

英語
Patients less than 18 years old, patients who underwent extraanatomical repair, patients who could not be followed, patients who underwent Norwood type operations for single ventricle physiology.

2022年9月までに、兵庫県立尼崎総合医療センターで大動脈縮窄に対して成人期に初回手術または再手術を受けた18歳以上の患者8名を対象として、カルテデータを収集し後方視的に成績の検討を行った。

The medical records of all 8 patients at the age of 18 years or older who underwent primary or redo operations for coarctation of the aorta at Hyogo prefectural Amagasaki general medical center before September 2022 were retrospectively reviewed about long-term outcomes.
