日本語
運動療法は月1回とし，評価および自主トレーニングのチェックを主体とする．原則，自宅で行う自主トレを指導する. 参加期間は1年間とし、月1回、3回程度介入し、評価を3ヶ月おきに行う．栄養指導は月1回とし、食事内容の把握および個別指導を行う。月1回、3回程度介入する.

Exercise therapy is conducted once a month and consists mainly of evaluation and checkups of independent training at home. The duration of participation is one year, with intervention once a month for about three times, and evaluation every three months.Nutritional guidance shall be provided once a month to ascertain dietary needs and provide individualized guidance. Intervention will be conducted once a month for about 3 times.
